This phylamet is supporting my gut by acidifying it, creating a better environment for my garments +ve bacteria to flourish. I'm simultaneously increasing the fibre/ starches in my diet to feed these good bacteria so I can function without this supplement (have a colony of gram +ve bacteria that produce my own short chain fatty acids).
