We used to use Castile soap for my husband, but we discovered miracle 2 soap and he enjoys this much more. He has pretty oily skin and hair and this seems to help not be as greasy. We have used it for laundry soap also and it seems to clean our clothes good
This product was working great for helping to keep me regular everyday. The only thing is I had a hard time remembering to take it 20 to 30 mins before I ate.
