Using the pH paper has been really informative in allowing me to see variations & average pH levels and I am now convinced about the merits of this simple method of learning about health. I have placed an order for the recommended book and am finding ways to improve my pH results through diet changes. However, more spectacular even than this are the results I've been obtaining from the combination of Cellercising, using the Zoetein in my morning green smoothie & Strata-Flora before going to bed with Platinum+ & Zeolite (for my mercury elimination) daily.
