I used my first one and it was simple to do. I was having a bad day yesterday with stomach problems and fatigue, but an hour after I inserted it I started feeling better and had a pretty good day. (I have taken vitamins and minerals most of my life and that might explain how I could notice improvement with the first one.) I will try to post again after 2 or 3 weeks. I am using the Medicardium, too, and used my first one today..

I am 3/4 of the way thru using the Xeneplex and Medicardium and have noticed some changes.
