Paiche is a protected, exotic species from the Amazon of Peru. They are naturally raised in a controlled environment "fish farm", ethically sourced and CITES Certified. Our Paiche chunks are traditionally smoked for 8 hours and accompanied with a succulent blend of vegetables for an exquisite, fine and unforgettable taste.
