Directions for Use

OregaRESP Gelcaps

Take one or more capsules 2x/day. Increase as needed.
Larger dose take 2 capsules 3x/day.
For prevention take 1 capsule/day.
Children take 1 capsule/day.
Safe for pets. Open a capsule and add to their food.

OregaRESP P73 Oil

Take 6 drops (with or without food) under tongue (or add to drink/smoothie) 2x/day. Take more if needed.

Topically: Rub onto bottoms of feet and chest. Great for children.
