I am type 1 diabetic and my best friend is magnesium chloride. This product is what my body craves to stay calm and healthy.

My experience has been, my blood pressure had gone up fairly high and unstable, from when I started applying magnesium it started falling and settled, very stable in the 125-130/70-80/75-80, these figures without relaxing for 15 minutes and I'm a 78 year old. So far I am using it on my back, Neck and Hips and Knees. I have a condition where I am producing too much Calcium and am hoping this will help to give me some relief. I know nothing works over night so I will keep trying this for a bit and hope for the best.

My shoulders, neck and arm have been painful for some time, due to stress. Just started massaging Magnesium oil in those areas and the tension and pain is not as intense. Good product.

Similar to the benefits of Epsom bath salts only you can put this on the skin. I also use it on my hair too.

When I have tried spraying the Magnesium Oil on my skin, it would leave my skin feeling dry and gritty. We realized that spraying after a soak or shower and rubbing it into the skin, changed that. It still doesn't feel as soft as just using the water, but it is no longer that really drying feeling and the grittiness feeling has disappeared as well. I find that if I want to spray some on my skin, it is always best to wash the area with a hot wet face cloth first, then spray the Oil on and rub into my skin. I noticed that if I didn't do that it didn't seem to absorb as well for me. We have also been using essential oils in our foot soaks... put on some wonderful meditation music... what a treat! We have used rose oil and lavender. (Not at the same time).

Very convenient to use, just spray it on after a shower and it absorbs well into the skin.

Mag oil stings immediately upon application to the skin but over a short amt of time I noticed very little sensation w/repeated applications. It is now an essential part of my hygiene regimen. A super healthy salt substitute. Highly recommend.

Great to rub on your feet and easy way to absorb more minerals

I am a certified massage therapist in Georgia, and I have started using these crystals, along with the Precious Prills in my drinking water and the Magnesium Oil for me personally And I can definitely tell a difference in my body. I don't ache as much (doing massage is very taxing on the muscles) and seem to have more energy. I have just about finished my first bottle of Magnesium oil and I already notice a positive difference in the way my skin feels and looks... Oh and I ordered a second bottle. I like it.

I have been using magnesium oil now for about 30 days. I rub it on my feet once or twice a day. I spray it on my toothbrush once or twice a day. I also rub it into the top of one hand, which has many age spots. After 30 days I have not noticed anything different in any of the areas where I use it. The bottoms of my feet are sure rough though. I am thinking perhaps I simply have not used it long enough yet to see any changes. I am looking forward to many, many changes in my body both on the outside and on the inside. Will review again in another 30 days.

This is a very good product it worked for me. Helps me be more flexible when applied before exercise.
