It's kind of hard to describe, It seems to help me not cramp up or being sore after working out at the gym or after yard work. I believe my sleep has improved after taking it. Magnesium suppose to be good for the heart and body. I've always took magnesium supplements for all these years. And for those things you really can't tell what its doing. I'm 70 yrs. young. No heart problems and I don't have to take medication. The way I see it., If the body needs Magnesium, Taking Magnesium from a bottle works out just fine for me. No bitter taste. Kind of like water, no taste.....I recommend it. Probably gets into my system quicker than supplements.....
