Great stuff! I tend to fall off the wagon when it comes to nutritionals, and I notice an immediate difference when I remember to take the Exsula Premium. I have been taking Exsula Premium for the past one month. I mix a spoonful to my WHEY protein shake and a spoonful of Omega 3,6,9, oil solution. I notice that my sleeping pattern has been somewhat transformed. I become more alert and feel the wakefulness within. It does give me the energy and improve my diet.
