My husband has been using this and his blood pressure stays normal . He has a right carotid artery with plaque and so far he has opted out of surgery and will continue to use this.

My left hip was replaced 6 years ago with happy results except for brief pain when trying to step up any obstacle; i.e. stairs, getting in and out of my lifted Jeep and our pickup truck which is quite high. Over the past six years using my left hand to lift my leg became second nature - no problem.
