It help with the clenching and tightness in my jaw. I have tmj for 4 years. I tried many different products some help some seem to made it worse. It didn't completely stop the clenching it did lessen the tension. I will order it again.

This product actually works. I have suffered from TMJ since 2018. I have done every treatment available, physical therapy, chiropractor, mouth guard, a very expensive treatment and splint from an orthodontist, botox, massage therapy, muscle relaxers and this tincture is the best treatment yet. It taste awful, but I don't care. It works and I have so much relief. I will continue to order. Great product!

I've used this product for less than 2 weeks. I noticed a difference on my 2nd day... I wasn't sure I should attribute the difference to this product as I've been suffering from TMJ for years and my migraines are out of control. I continued to use it twice or 3 times a day and I can see my jaw pain is far less than before. One morning I woke up with freak pain in both sides but it wasn't from grinding... something tells me this product did something to break up at least some of whatever it's that's been pressuring my jaw... the following day I woke up with my jaws more relaxed than ever before.
