I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, yes I was diagnosed by a Mast cell specialist. Among many of the symptoms I experience are: extreme bone, muscle and tissue pain; elevated blood pressure (I am one of those rare ones with MCAS who have elevated high blood pressure instead of low blood pressure); allergic like responses; nervous; insomnia; brain fog; and extreme fatigue. The pain relief is amazing, lower blood pressure, allergic like response less severe, I feel calmer, sleep better, thinking is clearer, and less fatigue. As for dosing I take more at bedtime and lesser doses during the day. I am very grateful.
