Absolutely one of my favorite products! I feel much better in so many ways when I take this. In much gratitude!

Empowerplus has given me back my health and life and has allowed me to become a wife and mother! My life was not a life. For many of those years I have little or no memory other than pain, both mental and physical - no memory of time with my three children or time with my husband. I began taking Empowerplus vitamin and mineral supplement. With supervision, I weaned off of the drug-cocktail over several months and by continuing with the Empowerplus supplement my mental and physical health improved rapidly and beyond belief.

I thought I would try taking this product for mild attention issues and low mood. I took it for about a week and had a very bad headache and felt twinges of anxiety that I have not had in a long time. I dealt with these issues through the use of calming herbs like Passion Flower, Ashwahganda, and holy basil, ample amounts of magnesium ( both oral and transdermal daily) along with mind/ body work, all of which worked very well. After looking at the ingredients I believe that my bad reaction of severe head aches was from the Ginko Biloba. This was my reaction to Ginkgo Biloba in the past as well. It did have a mind clearing effect but I did not like they way I felt on this at all, I prefer my regular mind, :) The head aches went away after stopping the product, as did the twinges of anxiety. It is a individual response of mine as I see that most are having a positive response.

This has changed my life in so many ways. Most importantly I don't sleep all day. My mind is clear and able to think even on more difficult tasks. I used to have brain fog all the time. Also could not make complete sentences as I could not think of the word I was looking for. But from 18 to 20 hrs. a day of sleep down to 9 or 10 is amazing. Thanks for such a wonderful product.

I've had a diet high in the correct fats, I have exercised regularly and I've taken some of the best supplements in the market place. However, after only 30 days of taking EMPowerPlus a anxiety condition I've had for a couple of years has basically disappeared. That anxiety condition manifested itself outwardly as a vibration (tremor) so bad that a nurse friend of mine suggested I get tested for Parkinson. That outward manifestation is gone and I can honestly say that I am also feeling better able to cope with my stress and am better able to focus on things.

It really works, got out of my depression and got my energy back. I recomand it to all to try it :)
