Bundle: Heart Studies Formula

I am 86 years old and I participate in Senior Olympics. I placed second in the World, and first in Florida in the 1500m race walk. I took third place in 50m sprint. My favorite exercise is skipping. My daily routine includes Exsula Iridesca, Heart Studies Formula, Ultimate Q10 and Apple Fiber. I had an angiogram last year, and the two cardiologists that were attending me said they hoped and wished to have a heart like mine when they were 85 years old. No blockages.

I started taking Heart Studies a few years ago after an episiode of extreme jaw pain followed by chest pain that lasted for a while. I had had similar episodes before but not as severe; so I knew I had to be proactive in dealing with it. Since I started taking Heart Studies consistently a few years ago, I had not had another episode even though I got little sleep and worked very hard physically, doing housework sometimes from morning until night, over 8 hours. I ran out of Heart Studies about 3 months ago and continued working as I had been. After about 3 months of NOT taking Heart Studies, I had another scarey episode with my heart, which truly made me see the difference that it makes in my heart health. I just got busy and didn't take the time to order it. I won't let that happen again. I just received a new bottle yesterday and already am starting to feel stronge!! I highly recommend this product.

I recently received both Apple Fiber and Lecithin.

The Apple Fiber, as I experienced with it previously, was excellent in keeping me consistently regular. So far, with the new supply, the same wonderful benefit is again in place.

The Sunflower Lecithin is excellent for the skin. The texture of the skin has become more refined and healthier-looking, with a more youthful appearance. Lecithin has no equal in replenishing and regenerating the skin of the whole body, including the face.

Heart Studies works for me. i typical take 2 spoons 3x per week along with iridesica. how i know it works? My blood pressure goes down and i have an overall feeling of ease.

Two weeks ago I received my order of superfoods we put together to teach my system new healthy habits. All products seem to digest together OK and elimination continues to be the best in my life since beginning with Iridesca two months ago. It is 'all' settling in nicely. My consistent bloating and indigestion has almost been eliminated and I don't need those HCl tabs I was using all the time. I stopped the baby aspirin and the other stuff I was taking daily and I already feel better (almost cleaner) than ever... and I know I have only just begun. A week ago before I started on Heart Studies and Apple Fiber I was getting chest pain trying to walk a mile around my block. Today after I raised my intake to 4 teaspoons per day I walk for an whole hour, probably 3 miles, feeling strong, not a hint of chest tightness. I am impressed and very pleased.

The apple fiber is part of an overall plan. I prepare ahead of time in a dozen sets of 4 oz tupperware containers and keep them stored in the freezer. Into each container I add a teaspoon each of Golden Flaxseed Meal, Psyllium fiber, Apple Fiber, Iridesca, Advancium, ZoeTein, Elegiplex, Lecithen, and Strataflora. Twice a day, I add the contents of one of these frozen tupperwares superblends, to 20 oz of prilled water and juice. I mix the powder and liquid in a 20 oz shaker bottle, and drink it. I did this two or three times a day for almost four days straight on Jan 20-23, with almost nothing in between but clean, prilled water to which I added fresh squeezed lemon juice. I also supplemented the superfood smoothies with slices of apples, celery, and carrots. I stopped when I saw too many Domino ads for a pepperoni, mushroom, garlic butter crust pizza. Too long a story here to explain more, but I have resolved to resume this protocol on Ash Wednesday, when Lent starts. There is a support group at my job, who are currently doing a similar detox with different ingredients.

After having a heart attack and stroke and not agreeing to a triple by-pass I treated my situation with EDTA chelation therapy for 6-7 years and was also taking 2-3 heart medications. Today, after just 4 months with Heart Studies Formula (and also take Iridesca) I take no medications (period) and am going to the gym every other day, 3-4 times weekly. I got back my blood results today. My cholesterol was in the normal range. The only scores that were off were my blood sugar (high) and vitamin D (low). Overall a very good report. The Heart Studies Formula, Iridesca, Apple Pectin Fiber, and Lecithin and my vegetarian diet for the nine days lowered my high cholesterol to normal levels. I still have to emotionally decompress and my heart has to reset itself.

I had been having apparently heart related circulatory problems. I was getting numbness and tingling sensations in my fingers while asleep and would wake up trying to shake it off. Also while sitting in a certain position for a while I would get a kind of numbness in my thigh. Since starting the Heart Studies Formula a few months ago, both of these issues have been resolved.
