This product was working great for helping to keep me regular everyday. The only thing is I had a hard time remembering to take it 20 to 30 mins before I ate. I had to stop taking it till I see my kidney doctor because it contains humic acid and my kidneys may not be able to eliminate the heavy metals that the humic acid rounds up.

Here is an update on the Body Biotics. I have been taking them regularly. Only problem is, i can't take just one, they are so flavorful. So, i am thinking of trying the non-chewable ones next. This is one of those health products i would not want to be without. I recently took Keflex, a broad-spectrum antibiotic, for a severe case of cellulitis of my lower leg for 3 weeks and was very thankful to have probiotics to take, as soon as i stopped. For the first time i felt that antitbiotics are a miracle in emergencies, and lifesaving. If no side effects are apparent, if you can keep on schedule, and if you will faithfully complete the course, if you are getting better, and if you take active probiotics as soon as you are done with them, you should be okay. I began taking 6 or 8 Body Biotic chewable tablets a day at that point and got a little worried i would run out too fast, but after a few days, i reduced naturally, it seems. Perhaps i needed to take that many at that time to replenish. It is recommended to take 6 to eight a day but personally, for long-term use, i think even one or two every day would still have a very positive effect on the health of the gut and body. I will always want to keep a stock of this. Thank you Martin for introducing these and stocking them.

Fantastique product! I have to take extra iron. The hospital was giving me 'stool softner'. When I got home and took a look at the side effects of a 'stool softner' - I refused to take it. Body Biotics has solved that problem very nicely and with no side effects. I can take as much iron as I need to.

Helps with regularity. I found that when we took it with the bunches of vitamins after lunch it promotes a BM soon thereafter. Better to follow the directions and take it BEFORE lunch, eh? Great product, we're hooked!
