Structured or Clustered Water

There is a laboratory in Livermore, California that can measure the 17O NMR line width, in Hertz, for various liquids that contain Oxygen, including water.
 
Over the years, many folks have found that brackish water will have a line width as large as 150 Hz.  This is interpreted as saying that the water molecules are not free, but congregate into water clusters that are as large as 30-40 water molecules, mostly randomly configured, so that the 17O line width is larger because of the many different clusters.
 
Then, water in a living cell is measured and the line width is usually around 62-65 Hz, which is interpreted as saying that these water molecules form hexagonal water clusters with a repeateable structure, which makes the line width smaller.
 
Fresh biological water such as urine also measures out at around 65 Hz and so do many mountain spring waters that do not touch metal or are not heated before being tested.
 
Distilled water usually comes in at around 100 Hz.
 
Our Volamin Water Concentrate comes in at around 49-51 Hz, which we interpret as being "super-clustered".
 
When the instructions are followed for proper dilution of the concentrate, the resulting Volixer Water comes in at the usual 60-65 Hz, which we interpret as the effect of the super-cluster entraining the starting distilled water to change the cluster structure to amount to mostly hexagonal water clusters. . .
 
All of these results were first observed by Lee Lorentzen, in the 1980ies and our company has developed an alternative technology, different from the Lorentzen one, to produce the water cluster concentrate that we call Volixer Water Concentrate(tm).
 
We add another technology to our concentrate, called water chelation.  Our concentrate contains a spectrum of nanominerals from the ocean which are coated, onion-like, with hexagonal water clusters.  This makes the nanomineral appear bigger to the cells so as to facilitate the absorption into the cell because the cell has an easier time to find the big water cage that has the vibration of the nanomineral inside it, than finding the small nanomineral all by itself, as it would be, if it were dissolved in, say, tap water.
