Directions for Use

All daily applications should be followed by either a full bath of 20 minutes (or longer) with one teaspoon of the Catalyst. If this soak is not possible, then a foot bath of the same duration is the next best alternative. This is where you will get the restorative vital moisture that is so critical to good body chemistry, and of course great appearance.

Day One
Mix the contents of this package with a half cup of warm water and stir until a uniform gel is formed.
Apply the entire amount over your body and bathe or shower if off. A heavier application of this preparation should be applied to your face, and other areas of concern.
Follow this with either a full bath of 20 minutes (or longer) with one teaspoon of the Catalyst. If this soak is not possible, then a foot bath of the same duration is the next best alternative.
It is a powerful cellular cleanser, vital moisture and mineral source. The effects are extremely rapid. If any discomfort accompanies these effects, go ahead and wash it off. Otherwise, the longer you leave it on, the better the results will be. Ask the mirror or a friend if it is working.

Day Two
Mix the contents of this package with a half cup of HOT water and stir occasionally for 10 to 20 minutes.
Apply the entire amount over your body and bathe or shower if off. A heavier application of this preparation should be applied to your face, and other areas of concern.
Follow this with either a full bath of 20 minutes (or longer) with one teaspoon of the Catalyst. If this soak is not possible, then a foot bath of the same duration is the next best alternative.
This preparation is extremely good for your hair and scalp.

Day Three
Apply the same as Day Two.

Day Four
Mix the contents of this package with a half cup of warm water, stir until gelling occurs.
Apply the entire amount over your body and bathe or shower if off. A heavier application of this preparation should be applied to your face, and other areas of concern.
Follow this with either a full bath of 20 minutes (or longer) with one teaspoon of the Catalyst. If this soak is not possible, then a foot bath of the same duration is the next best alternative.
This too is good for your hair and scalp.

Day Five
Mix and apply the same as Day Four.

Day Six
The ingredients of this package should be mixed with one cup of warm water, in a container that can be sealed. Stir until a gel forms.
This preparation is designed to be applied in thin coats, to your entire body every day, until it runs out. It can be used as a body lotion and left on, if that is comfortable. Or it can be bathed or showered off.
