Directions For Use:
For use with a Composite BioDisk and Brass Plate, called a "sandwich".
Hold this sandwich over the Adam’s apple at the center of the throat (traditionally referred to as the throat chakra). Do this for 30-45 seconds once a week for six to eight weeks. Because it is asymmetrical, make sure this overlay is oriented on the brass plate, opposite the Composite BioDisk, exactly as shown in the diagram above.
Use with the blue gel if you have it.
