This program follows "Healing Program Phase 1, Regular" and should be taken until all your symptoms of discomfort and pain are completely gone, which may be several months.
If your thyroid is working fine, this is the package, otherwise use "Healing Program Phase 2, Intensive" with SeaAloe Gold, until your metabolism has corrected itself.
When your symptoms are (in fact) completely gone, we recommend that you continue with "Healing Program Phase 3" to prevent any reoccurrence of your symptoms. You need to continue feeding your body with free form amino acids until all necessary repairs are permanently made.
