A Multivitamin You Can Feel Working!
Multivitamins are an essential part of every person's daily nutritional needs. Every day, we are battered by pollutants that wear down our immune systems and age our internal organs.
Because our soils have been overworked and depleted of nutrients, our fruits and veggies are also depleted providing a recipe for disease and premature aging. Therefore, vitamins must be supplemented.
Unfortunately, most people who take multivitamin& mineral supplements don't expect to feel any different after taking them. We've been conditioned to think that supplements are "insurance" against not getting what we are supposed to from food. And, you don't "feel" insurance.
So, how do you KNOW a multivitamin is doing its job if you can't feel it working? People should be taking vitamins and minerals to feel better! You should know that you've taken your multivitamin because you feel good afterwards; awake, and alert. Athletes should take them to boost performance and they should be seeing better results!
It is a sad truth that most multivitamin & mineral supplements (even expensive or well known ones) don't do a dang thing except pass through your intestines; going in one end of you and going out the other without doing much positive in-between. It is also a sad truth that most folks can see the vitamins running out of their bodies an hour or so after taking them in the form of bright deep yellow urine. Or they spend the entire day revisiting their vitamins because of poor digestion or cheap, ill-designed unabsorbable ingredients.
We believe a vitamin & mineral supplement should be more than just insurance. A well created and executed supplement should be something you feel working. It should be a boost to performance. Athletes should be able to tell that it's working. Students and office workers should feel a boost in smarts. Taking one should reduce or eliminate the 3 p.m. energy fade most people have. |
