Use the ADR-4 to improve the quality, taste & health-giving properties of drinking water, beverages, and food containing water.

Directions for Use

To energize water, or the water within foods & beverages, simply place container of food or beverage on top of the disk (design face up), for approximately 3 minutes. Liquid should be stirred and left for an additional 3 minutes. Longer exposure (1-24 hours) will not cause any further changes in energy or arrangement of water molecules. There is no risk of overdose.

It is recommended to use ADR-4 whenever you feel weak or tired. If you feel unwell, drink at least three (3) glasses of ADR-4 energized fluid per day. It can also be used to maintain good health through daily intake of any food or beverage energized by ADR-4... there is no risk of overdose.

ADR–4 also exerts local therapeutic effects. For example, placing the disc (“ADR–4” inscription down) directly over a part of your body or acupuncture points brings relief and promotes healing processes.

Mineral or spring water is recommended.

Wash the disk in running water, but do not place in dishwasher.

Caution: If you have a cardiac pacemaker implant or other medical device that could be affected by a magnetic field, do not place any ADR Systems products directly on your body.
