Whole Food Source of Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids and Fiber
This ancient food source of the Aztecs contains the highest level of
omega 3 essential fatty acids available from plant sources - even higher
than flax seed. The naturally high level of antioxidants protect the omega
3 oils from oxidation. Unlike flax seed, chia does not have to be refrigerated.
Also high in protein and antioxidants, chia is low in carbohydrates

Directions for Use:
