You can find a link to our Shopping Cart just under the
Home button on every page of our website. You can also access
it directly from the product suggestions on every page. Our Canadian
shopping cart will process your order in Canadian dollars. The products
and prices in it are different, so please pay attention.
We list available products in two ways, by their Manufacturer and
by the Category. The Categories should be self evident Nutrition,
Cleansing, Skincare, etc. Some products are listed in multiple Categories.
You may also find a product by its name or part number using the
Quick Find feature just type the name in and press Enter
(or click "GO").
We offer price breaks when you buy multiples of any item. When
you click on the product name or picture, you will see additional
pricing and more detailed product information. You may go to the
bottom of this page to add the item to your cart or select "Back"
to the previous page to do your shopping.
The Add to Cart or Buy Now
buttons place the item in your cart. To see what is in your cart
click on Cart Contents. You can Remove
any unwanted items and change the quantities when you Update
in the Cart Contents section. Do this by selecting "Remove"
or changing the number in "Qty" and then clicking "Update".
Although we allow you to check out without creating an account,
we encourage you to do so. You enter the same amount of data either
way, and when you come back the next time, you only need to enter
your e-mail address. If you forget your password, you can always
request a new one.
We ship your orders with UPS or USPS. Our shopping cart connects
directly to their servers and calculates shipping charges based
on the weight of the goods you ordered. You can ship to any destination,
and the cart will remember up to five of them for you.
Your payment is processed on a secure site. We accept VISA, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover. For extra flexibility we use two
credit card processing services, AuthorizeNet and Linkpoint. If
one of them rejects the transaction, the other one may accept it,
unless there is an obvious problem, such as address mismatch or
no funds. We accept PayPal payments and you can also send us a personal
check. If you have to use a money order, please make it International.
Importantly we offer a customer satisfaction guarantee.

any situation that arises based on your purchase.
