How to Make Sure You Get our Mail
Increasingly, ISPs are using filtering systems to try and keep Spam
out of customers' inboxes. Sometimes, they accidentally filter the e-mail
that you want to receive. To make sure Life Enthusiast e-mails are not
filtered into your "junk" or "bulk" folder, please
add news@life-enthusiast.com
and order@life-enthusiast.com
to your list of trusted senders. Here's how:
AOL: Place the life-enthusiast.com domain within your address
book.
Hotmail: Place the life-enthusiast.com domain in your safe
list.
You can find your safe list in the "Options" link
beside the main menu tabs.
Yahoo!: If our newsletters are filtered into your "bulk"
folder, open the email and visit the link next to the "From"
field.
Other providers: Try adding life Enthusiast "From"
and "Reply to" address to your address book. If you are
unable to do so, you may want to transfer the message to your "In-box"
or even forward the message to yourself.
If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your
ISP's tech support and specifically ask how you can be sure to receive
all e-mail from life-enthusiast.com and life-enthusiast.com. Follow
their instructions for whitelisting both life-enthusiast.com and life-enthusiast.com.
It's a shame to bother you like this, but in this day and age, we feel
like the dolphin caught in the tuna-spam net. We support fully the anti-spam
measures of all mail servers and ISPs. But please do make sure that
your mail server or ISP is not accidentally keeping Life Enthusiast
mailings from you.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but these circumstances are beyond our
control. All we can do is work together with the ISPs to keep out the
spam.
Thank You from Life Enthusiast Customer Support
