Caution Very powerful aroma please use with caution. Skin irritant.

To keep mice and other rodents out of an area use peppermint oil (the real oil, not synthetic). Put a few drops on several cotton balls and place them
around. Rodents hate the odor and simply start avoiding the area.

My car is parked outside and I have had a terrific ongoing battle with rats nesting under the hood and chewing on wiring. I used the oil and have not seen a sign of rats now in several weeks. The same for mice nesting under the washing machine on the back porch. ~Ron
