Orange, Citrus sinensis

Function This wonderful smelling citrus oil spreads sunshine on gloomy dispositions. Provides relief when suffering from lethargy. The fragrance cleans the air and has a very calming effect on the stomach. Aids the absorption of Vitamin C, assists with collagen formation, excellent for cleansing/toning. May lower high cholesterol levels.
Usage Inhalation - Use a few drops on your pillow for insomnia. 
Diffuse - or add 7 drops to 60 ml container of distilled water to freshen the air. 
Bath - 5-6 drops mixed in unscented products makes a refreshing, cleansing bath.
Skin and Hair care - add a few drops to unscented products.
Aromatherapy cheering, refreshing, uplifting
Caution Orange is photosensitive. Skin irritant. Do not apply directly to the skin.
