Function Also known as Lemon Balm, this oil is a strong tonic to the nervous system. Can be helpful for anxiety, panic, vertigo, worry, depression, nervous tension. Soothing when experiencing grief, shock, bereavement. Assists in easing high blood pressure and regulating menstrual cycle. As an antispasmodic, helps respiratory system with asthma, bronchitis, chronic coughs. Can have a cooling effect on fevers and ease headaches.
Usage Place 2-3 drops in hot water for inhalation. Massage - 10 - 15 drops in a 60 ml of carrier oil for a therapeutic massage.
Aromatherapy relaxing, calming. antispasmodic, nervine, sedative, tonic, digestive, antidepressant.
