Lime, Citrus medica

Botanical Name Citrus medica, Citrus Aurantifolia
Essence Stimulating & Refreshing
Function This crisp citrus scent uplifts and refreshes the senses. Helps alleviate depression, anxiety, stimulates a tired mind. Builds the immune system and helps with coughs, colds, respiratory congestion. Stimulates
digestion, astringent for greasy skin.
Usage Massage - 10-15 drops/60 ml of carrier oil. Bath - 5-6 drops mixed in a carrier oil/bath salts/dispersant to refresh your mind and skin. Air freshener - 10 drops/60 ml of distilled water. Skin and Hair care - add a few drops to unscented products particularly good for greasy skin.
Aromatherapy equalizing, refreshing, cheering.
Caution As with most citrus Essential Oils, Lime is photosensitive. Do not apply directly to the skin.
