Botanical Name Citrus paradisi
Essence Uplifting, Reviving & Euphoric
Function This crisp citrus is a anti-depressant that helps with stress reduction by its uplifting and reviving effect. Helps with weight loss, cellulite, water retention, tonic effect on digestion, premenstrual tension. It may help with jet lag/helps relieve migraines.
Usage Bath - 5-6 drops mixed in a carrier oil, bath salts, dispersant to soothe and uplift the mood.
Massage - 10-15 drops in 60 ml of carrier oil.
Air freshener - 20 drops in 60 ml of distilled water. May be used in a diffuser.
Aromatherapy Uplifting, clarifying, rejuvenating, balancing, refreshing, cheering.
Caution As with most citrus Essential Oils, Grapefruit is photosensitive. Do not apply directly to the skin.
