Source Material

When fresh produce is harvested at the peak of its growing season, ripe and full of enzymes, it can provide much greater benefits than produce picked before it is ripe so that it may be transported and stored in refrigeration for many days on its way to you, the consumer.

Generally, the produce used in our products is grown within close proximity of processing plants to meet our high quality requirements. Most of the time the raw material is processed within 24 hours of harvest.

After the raw material is sorted, washed, and analyzed, it is juiced in liquid processing lines, and either freeze dried or zone dried in temperature controlled environment. We look for ingredients that still retain their garden fresh flavor profile. We choose the best available concentrations, frequently in the crystal dried form. We use high quality concentrates that were preserved with the least destructive thermal treatment to preserve the fresh produce character as components to blend our products.

You can be assured that we take the utomst care in selecting ingredients that are either wild crafted or organic, free of GMO components, and grown in areas far from pollution sources.

Processing

Sometimes it is required that in order to achieve the concentrations we need in our products, we need to use a processed material. In some cases we need to remove harmful components. While we believe that whole foods are usually the best source of nutrition, that is not always the case.
