Nutritional Yeast
Life-Created essentials, Enzyme-Digested, hypoallergenic Nutritional Yeast
USA (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae)
Light years beyond typical nutritional yeast and other "grown-type"
supplements. Even those people who are yeast sensitive to bread can benefit from
this gentle and superbly nourishing superfood of the superfoods. Provides
live-cell-complexed vitamin and mineral nutrition many times as powerful as any
other superfood. Superior form and function of 35 specific nutrient complexes
representing essential and valuable vitamins, minerals and perfect-potency
trace elements in a true, life-created form. Enzyme predigestion assures no
live yeast survives the culturing process, and that the proteins and nutrients
cannot be differentiated from those of other foods by any yeasts already living
in the body.
Used to nourish patients in European candida clinics. Vitamins, minerals,
trace elements, essential fatty acids, carbohydrates, all essential amino acids,
plus valuable nutrient factors unique to nutritional yeast.
Brewer?s yeast is the dried, pulverized cells of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a
type of fungus. It is a rich source of B-complex vitamins, protein (providing all
essential amino acids), and minerals, including a biologically active form of
chromium known as glucose tolerance factor (GTF). Brewer?s yeast should not be
confused with nutritional yeast or torula yeast, which are low in chromium.
Brewer?s yeast, perhaps by changing the microbial flora in the large intestine, might
be helpful in the treatment of some cases of infectious diarrhea. Brewer?s yeast,
which has a very bitter taste, is recovered after being used in
the beer-brewing process. Brewer?s yeast can also be grown specifically for harvest
as a nutritional supplement. "De-bittered" yeast is also available, though most
yeast sold in health food stores that does not taste bitter is not real brewer?s yeast.
Brewer?s yeast is a terrific food supplement, providing nutrition, enhancing flavor,
and adding taste to your favorite meals and drinks. An excellent source of protein (52%),
containing essential amino acids. Rich in vitamins, especially the B-complex vitamins.
An excellent source of folic acid, which is important for formation, growth, and
reproduction of red blood cells.
