Osteoporosis is Treatable and Preventable

The Vickery Osteoporosis Program is one of the little known but highly effective cures for this condition. The reason is simple. You must give the body two things to ensure Osteoblast (bone building) activity:

1) protein to ensure that the calcium is transported into the bone cells and
