Directions for Using the Volixer Vitality Plus Program

The 4 bottles are to be consumed by one person in 30 days. The program allows for 4 glasses of reconstituted water per day, and 1 smoothie per day.
Very active folks may benefit from increasing their daily dosage appropriately.

The Volixer Water Concentrate will reconstitute to 16 gallons of water, used at 2 quarts per day.
Drink 4 glasses per day (or more) of reconstituted water, at room temperature, on an empty stomach (before eating). This will allow the water to move through and past your stomach, to be absorbed into your small intestine. The valve at the bottom of your stomach closes when it detects the presence of "non-water" nutrients, substantially delaying hydration.

Use all 3 components to make smoothies every day:

For each tablespoon of superfood add a teaspoon of fat. Add other desired nutritional supplements at this point.
