The lipase in Cholesticol is an essential enzyme that is required by your body to convert dietary fats (lipids) into an absorbable form. One of these critical “conversions” occurs as lipase strips triglycerides from Very Low Density Lipoproteins (VLDL’s), which circulate through the peripheral tissues. These tryglcerides in turn, may then be used as energy by muscle tissue in lieu of creating potentially hazardous health concerns.

The product works on three aspects of cholesterol processing to help your body attain normal cholesterol levels.

It is believed that hercampuri's capability is attributed to its extraordinarily high amount of bitter compounds found within. These compounds stimulate secretion of biliar acids, leading to a reduction of cholesterol levels.

Another native to Peru is our certified organic Caigua. This "wild cucumber" compliments hercampuri and the other ingredients in Cholesticol. Probably the most important component of caigua in relation to cholesterol is beta-sitosterol. Beta-sitosterol's close chemical resemblance to cholesterol allows it to be incorporated into mammal cellular membranes, thereby blocking the absorption of cholesterol by competitive inhibition. Beta-sitosterol has also been shown to favorably influence lipoprotein (HDL, LDL) profiles.

Gugulipid is an age-old extract derived from the Commiphora Mukul tree in India. Recently, we have learned that gugulipid may help normalize both good and bad cholesterol by promoting a reduction in triglycerides. Triglycerides are the chemical form in which most fat exists in food as well as in your body.

Fulvic acid is naturally produced by micro-organisms from prehistoric plant deposits. Fulvic acid is a powerful substance made up of valuable phyto and biochemicals, plus many other valuable nutrients.
