Ingredients Contain only those that contribute to their effectiveness: powdered refined aged wood vinegar (double-distilled), tourmaline, germanium.

The key to effectiveness of the material in the pouch is its far infrared activity. This supports negative ion production, that leads to feelings of wellness. Many ingredients used in less expensive pouches do not contribute to these functions, even though they might be helpful if taken internally.

Our foot pouches do not contain mushrooms, eucalyptus or other products that do not contribute to their effectiveness.

Unlike many bulk brands which require final assembly, our foot pouches come completely assembled and triple-sealed. First in sealed plastic wrappers (which alone are not sufficiently protective), next in sealed foil packets together with the adhesive sheets and moisture-absorbing silica-gel,l and finally boxed in an attractive carton. This packaging prevents damage from improper storage & handling that is more likely to occur when foot pouches are sold loose or in bulk form.

Key Ingredient Remains 99% Effective

An important reason for the superior effectiveness of these pouches is the proprietary method used. It allows the most important ingredient, wood vinegar, to be 99% effective. The wood vinegar is bound to a wood base, retaining a very high concentration of the most effective ingredient.

Without this proprietary technology, the ability to properly & effectively bind the wood vinegar to the base is diminished. Other products can lose up to 50% of the wood vinegar in the process of binding, therefore greatly reducing the effectiveness of the end product. Our foot pouches contain up to a full 50% (after binding) of the effective ingredient, wood vinegar, when others have only 30% or less (which is usually measured before binding).

Key Ingredients are Concentrated

These pouches have a similar dimension to others, and contain a full 5 grams of effective ingredients per pouch. This results in both a better capacity for emitting the far infrared energy and a greater capacity to absorb what the body throws off.

Other pouches contain only 3.5 grams (or less) of effective ingredients, with some of their contents being filler. Not only does the reduced amount of effective material reduce its capacity to produce far infrared energy, it also results in a reduced capacity for absorption of the excess fluids and toxins the body throws off. Other pads often fill up very fast, giving the uneducated user the impression they are working better, when in fact they simply have a shorter life.

We only use the highest grade wood vinegar (made from mandarin tree prunings) and not bamboo vinegar. Unlike many of the mass marketed pouches (that include filler ingredients of no value), ours is filler free.

Our foot pouches have a NON-foil backing which allows for some evaporation. Since the pouches are no longer useful once they are fully wet or filled up, being permeable lengthens their effective life. Most brands last less than 6 hours before filling up, ours will last 9 hours.

Foot pouches with foil backing not only fill up faster, they also trap heat. While this might impress an uneducated user, in fact, the foil reduces the life of the pouch. The excessive heat does not contribute to the effectiveness of the product.

More About These Foot Pouches

Our foot pouches do not contain the shellfish product, chitosan, which many other products use. Chitosan is used for antibacterial purposes. Since our pads have such a high percentage of wood vinegar, a natural antibacterial agent, the added chitosan is not required. Many groups prefer to go without the chitosan: vegetarians, animal rights activists, people with shellfish allergies and certain religious groups.

Our foot pouches are fully assembled, properly sealed, and packaged in sets of 10 to be safe from damage from improper handling and storage.

We are committed to the highest quality product. When the foot pouches are improperly handled, they can lose their ability to emit the far infrared energy and negative ions (reducing or eliminating the effectiveness of the product), and can become invisibly moist, which reduces their capacity. The rapid filling may be caused by the product becoming exposed to moisture due to incorrect storage or handling.
