Starting with 1/2 teaspoon and gradually increasing to 3 teaspoons (one
half ounce) of Life-Energy powder per day blended with your favorite fruit
or vegetable juice, one teaspoon per 6 oz of liquid. Excellent in blender
shakes: try 3 teaspoons of Excela with 1 banana, 2 cups of orange juice,
2 tablespoons of frozen pineapple juice concentrate and 1/2 cup of ice.
