Directions for Use

intraMIN should be used by health care professionals as the first line of choice for patient's health care issues that require minerals, only until the patient is stabilized.
It is best to remove all other kinds of nutritional supplementation and focus only on intraMIN. Once the patient begins to manifest degrees of healing based upon clinical evaluations, it is then desirable to switch to intraMAX, which has a base of intraMIN, with the addition of a complete daily vitamin and nutrient supplement.

Shake well before use.
Best taken on an empty stomach. First thing upon arising. Do not dilute with juices, foods, or water. You may eat food no less than 30 minutes before or after your dose. Do not take pharmaceuticals or any other nutraceuticals 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking dose. Refrigerate after opening.

Best to hold inside your mouth for 60 seconds before swallowing. If you have sensitive teeth or gums, just swallow right away.
Follow with 8 - 10 oz of Energized Water (or non-chlorinated filtered water; never tap water.

Please take 1 day a week off (e.g., Sundays) to allow your body to rest.

Adult Dose:
Take 1/2 ounce in the morning, and 1/2 ounce in the afternoon or as directed by your doctor or health care professional.

Child's Dose:
Take half the adult dose or as directed by your doctor or health care professional.
Ages 2 to 3 - teaspoon twice per day
Ages 3 to 5 - one teaspoon twice per day
Ages 5 to 7 - two teaspoons twice per day
Ages 7 to 9 - two teaspoons AM and one tablespoon before 6 PM
Ages 9 to 12 - one tablespoon AM and one tablespoon before 6 PM

Topical Spray Protocol - For Skin Conditions

Put 4 oz of unflavored intraMIN into a clean spray bottle.
Spray on affected areas. Can be sprayed onto scalp and hair and massage in, or onto face and neck (will not harm eyes).
Keep refrigerated when not in use

Soaking Protocol - For Joint Health

Soak gauze in unflavored intraMIN and apply to affected joints for at least 15 minutes. Can be repeated every 2 hours, throughout the day and night as often as needed.

Protocol Exceptions for Diabetics

Diabetics should take unflavored intraMIN, one ounce, 30 minutes after each diabetic medication as there is no added sugars.
Introduce flavored intraMAX if blood sugars begin to stabilize.
Dose: one tablespoon in AM and one tablespoon 30 minutes after each diabetic medication: one extra tablespoon around 5 PM.
