Enzymes and Nutrition
As I wrote in my previous post, enzymes are the building blocks of a healthy lifestyle well into your later years (or even if you are young). Enzymes allow your body to get nutrients. Think about that. No matter how healthy you eat, if your body is not getting the nutrients in these to where they need to be for you to function at a full blast, it doesn’t matter how much you eat your vegetables like mom used to say.
Besides enzymes, I would pick four other essential ingredients to proper nutrition:
• Minerals
• Carbohydrates
• Proteins
• Water
