The Structuring of Water

Here is a question I want to pose: what is the difference to you between thin, dew-like water compared to what you get out of the tap or the commercial water bottle?

The answer? Cellular Hydration. Your body is able to absorb it much faster and more efficiently. When you drink water, your body has to de-structure it in order to absorb it and this takes a great deal of energy.

It’s not that the body can’t use tap water per se, but the water that comes out of the tap has to be restructured before it can be of much use to the body. This restructuring is what allows your body to use the water on the cellular level.

In order to get water inside a cell, it needs to come into the cell one molecule at a time through the aquaporin channel. If the water is not structured properly, meaning it is stuck together in large globs, the body simply won’t be able to get it to where it needs to go, into the cells to hydrate them, to deliver nutrients in and toxins out.
