As I mentioned in my previous post, when your body is looking for nutrients, that is a totally 100% legitimate need. It’s when you ignore basic needs through basic signals that you get into trouble with your health.
Unfortunately, in the times we are living in we are bombarded by advertisements. Many of these advertisements are telling us to eat their products, the majority of which are fast food no-nutrients products that are not going to help us stay healthy.
Even if you are stopping to get a nice sandwich or salad, a problem can arise if the vegetables have been grown in soils depleted of nutrients. These vegetables grow too quickly, pushed by fertilizers, to absorb essential trace minerals from the soil.
