Supplementing Magnesium

In my last post, I talked about how magnesium deficiency is running rampant. In fact, over 80% of our population is at least somewhat deficient. This is a serious problem for those of us trying to live well, because magnesium is involved in so many processes in the human body. Muscle tightness, fatigue, in-coordination, insomnia, depression and anxiety have all been attributed to insufficient amounts of magnesium in the diet. If you find yourself thinking “I just don’t feel right” often, it could be because of a magnesium deficiency.
