Three Phases to Digestion
I think very highly of a great little book called “Fit for Life” by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond that came out in the 1980s. It teaches natural hygiene, an eating style developed in the late 19th century and used by greats like Thomas Edison and Henry Ford. People who practice the “Natural Hygiene” tend to live long productive lives well into their 80s and 90s.
The book explains circadian rhythms and the three phases to the cellular digestion process: digestion, appropriation and elimination. Cellular elimination usually runs from 4 am to 12 pm. At noon, the appropriation begins. From 8 pm until 4 am you are in digestion mode. Being aware of these phases allows you to plan your diet so that it matches whichever phase you are in. This results in more productive cellular processes and fewer fat cells.

Very informative article with many interesting recommendations! I can’t say that I completely agree with everything you have written here, but there are several relevant information you have highlighted that can be quite useful on natural health and associated topics. Definitely keep offering more suggestions on this topic and associated subjects, as there are plenty of people who are trying to evaluate the costs and benefits.
