Minerals

In my previous post, I talked about five essential categories of good nourishment. Today I’d like to focus on minerals.

Everyone needs to have good supply of minerals in their bodies. Both major minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, and phosphorus, and also the lesser known minerals called trace minerals, are vitally important to healthy nourishment of the body.

Chromium, molybdenum, germanium, copper and zinc are very important trace minerals. When you give your body sufficient quantities of these essential trace minerals, the electrolyte, the medium inside each individual cell, is enhanced. It starts functioning properly and when that happens, cellular health improves dramatically. Depleted or out of balance minerals is a very common problem. It is as if they had low battery charge in all their cells. If you have balanced, well functioning electrolytes, the battery works at full power.

I like to use the analogy of the dimmer on the dining room light. You can turn up the voltage. We want that light as bright as possible.
